Overview

Wave Estate, is a 135 acre residential developement located in Mohali adjacent to Chandigarh. Construction started in September 2012. The development consists of neighbourhoods of large villas and three Apartment communities, as well as associated clubhouses, retail and leisure facilities. A guiding principal in the design has been to take advantage of the site's location an it's sweeping views towards the nearby Shivlak Hills and the Himalyan foothills.
